Le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Section Provinciale du Syndicat des Enseignants du Tchad (SET) pour la ville de N\u2019Djamena, M. Abdelkadre Djibia, a anim\u00e9 un point de presse ce lundi 17 ao\u00fbt 2026 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole du Centre pour renouer avec la base \u00e0 l\u2019approche de la rentr\u00e9e scolaire 2026-2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le SG provincial Abdelkadre Djibia exige au Gouvernement le versement imm\u00e9diat et sans condition du demi-salaire retenu au mois de f\u00e9vrier 2026; la signature sans d\u00e9lai du Protocole d\u2019Accord relatif \u00e0 l\u2019application int\u00e9grale du D\u00e9cret 2850; la lev\u00e9e imm\u00e9diate du moratoire et la signature effective des autorisations d\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revenant sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire 2025-2026, le responsable syndical a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 des coupures \u00ab\u00a0injustes\u00a0\u00bb de salaires des enseignants de N’Djamena. Malgr\u00e9 tout, les enseignants se sont sacrifi\u00e9s jusqu\u2019au bout pour tenir les classes, achever le programme p\u00e9dagogique et organiser les examens et concours. C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur abn\u00e9gation et \u00e0 leur sens \u00e9lev\u00e9 du devoir que l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire a pu \u00eatre sauv\u00e9e, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du SET-N’Djamena, le Gouvernement a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 ce patriotisme par le m\u00e9pris, la r\u00e9pression et le d\u00e9ni de parole. C’est pourquoi il prend \u00ab l\u2019opinion nationale et internationale \u00e0 t\u00e9moin si ces revendications l\u00e9gitimes ne sont pas satisfaites dans un bref d\u00e9lai, la RENTR\u00c9E SCOLAIRE 2026-2027 sera hypoth\u00e9qu\u00e9e \u00bb, a-t-il averti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Les enseignants ont accompli leur devoir patriotique l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026-2027, la balle est dans le camp du Gouvernement qui portera la responsabilit\u00e9 enti\u00e8re des cons\u00e9quences \u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9, avant d\u2019appeler les enseignantes et enseignants de N’Djamena \u00e0 \u00ab rester mobilis\u00e9s, vigilants et solidaires \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
