{"id":2271,"date":"2026-07-01T21:24:51","date_gmt":"2026-07-01T20:24:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tropicalinfos.com\/?p=2271"},"modified":"2026-07-01T21:24:52","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T20:24:52","slug":"2271","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tropicalinfos.com\/?p=2271","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mangalm\u00e9-GPH-3 : La commission d\u00e9partementale mobilise les acteurs locaux \u00e0 Katalog pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9nombrement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre du suivi des op\u00e9rations du troisi\u00e8me Recensement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Population et de l&rsquo;Habitat (RGPH-3), une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la commission d\u00e9partementale du Mangalm\u00e9 s&rsquo;est rendue, ce mercredi, dans la sous-pr\u00e9fecture de Katalog afin d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;avancement du d\u00e9nombrement et de trouver des solutions aux difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es sur le terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance de travail r\u00e9unissant les membres de la commission sous-pr\u00e9fectorale et les chefs de villages, les participants ont identifi\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi majeur : <strong>l&rsquo;insuffisance de la sensibilisation des populations<\/strong>, qui freine le bon d\u00e9roulement des op\u00e9rations de recensement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face \u00e0 cette situation, la commission d\u00e9partementale a rappel\u00e9 les responsabilit\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rents acteurs locaux. Elle a notamment insist\u00e9 sur le r\u00f4le essentiel des chefs de villages, consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des relais de proximit\u00e9 et des garants de la coh\u00e9sion sociale, pour rassurer les populations et leur expliquer l&rsquo;importance du recensement dans la planification des politiques publiques et le d\u00e9veloppement de la localit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;issue des \u00e9changes, les autorit\u00e9s de Katalog se sont engag\u00e9es \u00e0 intensifier les actions de sensibilisation dans les prochaines heures afin de permettre \u00e0 chaque habitant de la sous-pr\u00e9fecture d&rsquo;\u00eatre recens\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
