N’Djamena, le 1er juillet 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Six agents de la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Douanes et Droits Indirects (DGDDI) ont officiellement pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment ce mercredi devant le Tribunal de Grande Instance de N’Djamena, marquant ainsi leur engagement \u00e0 exercer leurs fonctions dans le respect de la loi, avec int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et professionnalisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie solennelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Mahamat Saleh Khalil Allio<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sident de la Deuxi\u00e8me Chambre correctionnelle et de simple police, en pr\u00e9sence du troisi\u00e8me substitut du Procureur pr\u00e8s le Tribunal de Grande Instance de N’Djamena, Izzadine Kamal Ahmat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l’article 89 du Code des Douanes de la CEMAC<\/strong>, cette prestation de serment constitue une \u00e9tape essentielle dans la carri\u00e8re des agents des Douanes. Elle les engage \u00e0 accomplir leurs missions avec discipline, probit\u00e9 et dans le strict respect des textes r\u00e9gissant l’administration douani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au-del\u00e0 de son caract\u00e8re juridique, cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie illustre la volont\u00e9 de la DGDDI<\/strong> de renforcer les comp\u00e9tences de son personnel, de promouvoir les valeurs d’\u00e9thique et de responsabilit\u00e9, et de poursuivre la modernisation de l’administration douani\u00e8re au service de l’\u00c9tat et des citoyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
