Plusieurs abonn\u00e9s d’AIRTEL disent \u00eatre confront\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9attribution de leurs num\u00e9ros apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode d’inactivit\u00e9, suscitant incompr\u00e9hension et inqui\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cet apr\u00e8s-midi, un client a t\u00e9moign\u00e9 avoir s\u00e9journ\u00e9 pendant environ un mois dans une zone du nord du Tchad o\u00f9 le r\u00e9seau AIRTEL \u00e9tait inexistant. \u00c0 son retour, il affirme avoir d\u00e9couvert que ses deux num\u00e9ros de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 d’autres personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon lui, ses comptes WhatsApp \u00e9taient toujours associ\u00e9s \u00e0 ces num\u00e9ros, tandis que les nouveaux d\u00e9tenteurs les utilisaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour les appels et les SMS. Cette situation aurait entra\u00een\u00e9 une grande confusion, ses proches \u00e9changeant d\u00e9sormais avec les nouveaux utilisateurs de ses anciens num\u00e9ros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le client affirme \u00e9galement que ces personnes lui auraient d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir obtenu ces num\u00e9ros aupr\u00e8s d’agents d’AIRTEL. \u00c0 ce stade, cette all\u00e9gation n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces t\u00e9moignages relancent le d\u00e9bat sur les conditions de r\u00e9attribution des num\u00e9ros inactifs et soulignent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, pour l’op\u00e9rateur, d’apporter des explications afin de rassurer ses abonn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
