Les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s par le sous-pr\u00e9fet de Benoye repr\u00e9sentant le pr\u00e9fet de Ngourkosso en pr\u00e9sence de l&rsquo;inspecteur d\u00e9partemental et des chefs d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"461\" src=\"https:\/\/tropicalinfos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_20260305_123714_900-1024x461.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tropicalinfos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_20260305_123714_900-1024x461.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/tropicalinfos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_20260305_123714_900-300x135.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tropicalinfos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_20260305_123714_900-768x346.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tropicalinfos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_20260305_123714_900-1536x691.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/tropicalinfos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_20260305_123714_900-2048x922.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Venus des diff\u00e9rents coll\u00e8ges et lyc\u00e9es publics et priv\u00e9s, les enseignants sont outill\u00e9s en techniques d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation, des appr\u00e9ciations et corrections, la gestion de classe et la confection des fiches de progression et p\u00e9dagogique. L&rsquo;objectif est de mettre tous les enseignants sur le m\u00eame niveau de compr\u00e9hension dans la formation des supports didactiques et les outils d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation, renforcer les capacit\u00e9s afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des apprenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s les deux jours d&rsquo;\u00e9change, l&rsquo;inspecteur de pool Ban-Assem a soulign\u00e9 que les th\u00e9matiques permettront aux participants de mieux pr\u00e9parer les cours, am\u00e9liorer leur prestation et bien suivre les \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans leur \u00e9volution. L&rsquo;inspecteur d\u00e9partement de Ngourkosso, Makingabaye Ferdinand a indiqu\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0qui cesse d&rsquo;apprendre cesse d&rsquo;\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb, avant de souligner l&rsquo;importance de la formation continue pour un enseignant. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons abord\u00e9 des th\u00e9matiques cruciales qui vont nous permettre de transmettre sans difficult\u00e9 des connaissances \u00e0 nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut noter que la formation est rendue possible gr\u00e2ce l&rsquo;appui logistique et financier de la WoldVision Tchad, Cluster de Ngourkosso l&rsquo;un des partenaires de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation dans le d\u00e9partement de Ngourkosso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les
