{"id":1383,"date":"2026-01-10T15:46:31","date_gmt":"2026-01-10T14:46:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tropicalinfos.com\/?p=1383"},"modified":"2026-01-10T15:46:33","modified_gmt":"2026-01-10T14:46:33","slug":"culture-dissolution-de-lassociation-kodomma-international-et-kodoma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tropicalinfos.com\/?p=1383","title":{"rendered":"Culture: dissolution de  l&rsquo;association Kodomma International et Kodoma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9mission du pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;association Kodomma qui promeut la culture mousseye, Dr Allah Rydi Kon\u00e9, le ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Administration du Territoire, Dr Ahmat Oumar Ahmat par arr\u00eat\u00e9 n\u00b0001\/PR\/PM\/MADT\/SG\/2025 du 5 janvier 2026,  a ordonn\u00e9 la dissolution de l&rsquo;association KODOMMA International (folio n\u00b09242) et KODOMMA (arr\u00eat\u00e9 n\u00b009\/MAT\/RMKE\/DRB\/SG\/2007).<br>La d\u00e9cision minist\u00e9rielle s\u2019appuie sur les articles 34, 35 et 38 de l\u2019ordonnance n\u00b0023\/PR\/2018, qui fixe le r\u00e9gime juridique des associations en R\u00e9publique du Tchad.
